Polar Air Cargo Worldwide operates an all-Boeing fleet of 747-400F, 747-8F, 767-300F, and 777F freighters in time-definite, airport-to-airport scheduled air cargo service for freight forwarders and other customers. Our services include:

• Polar Priority Service on-time delivery guarantee
• Polar Plus trucking service with onward trucking service to more than 100 destinations
• Value-added cargo management services

Ownership

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) owns 51% of Polar Air Cargo Worldwide (75% voting interest) and DHL Express holds the remaining ownership interest. AAWW also owns Polar’s sister company, Atlas Air, Inc.

Safety

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of safety. Our fleet is fully certified to operate under very restricted visibility conditions and is 100% Stage III/Chapter III compliant. We have also completed the International Air Transport Association’s Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), a globally recognized safety and quality standard following a stringent audit of its operational standards and procedures.
